人力资源概况:公司现有各类员工1650余人,专业技术人员180余人,其中一级建造师、工程师、高级工程师及教授级高级工程师等90余人,满足了市场、管理、技术等方面对人才的需求。公司建立了人才发展长远规划,有计划地培养、引进各种相关专业技术人才,实现公司设计研发人员和工程管理人员的优化配置。

在公司发展的同时,改善、优化人才成长环境,为员工提供富于竞争性、挑战性、激励性的工作,实现人才的自我价值。不断巩固人才强企理念,树立正确的人才价值观,建立尊重人才、保护人才、争当人才的积极氛围,吸引和留住人才。

人力资源规划:到“十三五”末,形成以国家注册的建筑师、结构师、安全师、质量师、建造师、造价师、会计师为重点的,专业门类齐全、主导专业力量雄厚、高中初级技术管理人员比例合理的人才队伍,满足冶金工程施工总承包一级资质对管理人员的结构性要求。

提高员工的操作技能,到“十三五”末技师人数达到30人以上,高级工占员工人数的比例达到85%以上,各类工程都有领军的专业技术骨干

适时引进设计总包项目相关专业人才,满足项目承接的需要。优化职工队伍的结构,使公司的经营、技术类人才所占比例进一步提高。
